I recently presented the workshop “Relational Equity - Story-sharing Lived Experience for Radical Empathy” at the 2020 Inclusive Leadership Conference at WCU. This workshop relies heavily on tools and frameworks I learned while participating in the HATCH Training Intensive at C4 Atlanta in 2017, radical Black intersectional feminism(s), and the writing of Audre Lorde, bell hooks, Paolo Friere, James Baldwin, and others.
